Help Choose a Book!

We'll discuss this at the meeting, but I'm putting it here so that anyone can comment on it and suggest things.

BOOK OPTIONS
The Fault in Our Stars – John Green
            -bad things happen to everyone, you have to work through them and MORE
Gemma Doyle Trilogy
            -independent thinking, supernatural, feminism, leading ladies, whatnot
Looking for Alaska
            -more to life and more to a person than you can ever know
City of Thieves
            -coming of age, dystopian, truths about war, adventure story
Uglies trilogy
            -TONS of issues, dystopian novel, adventure story

  1. I would like to read "The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green. Although upsetting, I think it is an issue that everyone has to deal with at some point.

  2. Percy jackson series... i would like to read this because it shows the that being bullied can lead to not being bullied and being praised. It also shows that even tho you dont have really close family, but your other family can mean more than closer family.
